At Integrity Windows and Doors we don’t just do residential vinyl replacement windows, vinyl siding and doors. We also do commercial replacement windows and new commercial doors, or new windows and doors for businesses. Most of our commercial customers have been our fellow Lakewood business owners. After they have their windows replaced by us they are usually thankful to have windows that can now continue to improve the look of their business. Though we hope that most of them continue to care and look after their newly installed windows with either dedicated window cleaning professionals or tools that are going to hopefully do a great job.
Like us, they like to do business with other local companies to keep money flowing through our local economies, so naturally, when they need new windows or doors they call us, a fellow small business in Lakewood.
We are happy to say, that although we do not have the after pictures yet, we will be working on adding all new replacement windows and patio doors for this apartment on Detroit Road in Lakewood. The new landlord reached out to us for a quote on replacing all these dated, drafty and inefficient windows, as well as the patio doors that open up to a little balcony. When we put together our free estimate, he liked our pricing, our professionalism and we got the job – which means another improvement to Lakewood’s buildings with new windows for each one of these tenants.
There isn’t much difference between a residential window replacement job and a commercial one. I would say the biggest difference is that instead of just one customer, you could have hundreds. Each tenant in this apartment building becomes a customer in a way – someone to treat with excellent customer service, make sure we’re respectful of their time, their property, make sure their cats don’t escape while we’re taking out the old window and installing the new one, etc… Many window companies could see that as a hassle, but we always get great customer reviews because our team genuinely likes people, we enjoy what we do and being respectful is second nature.
We’ll keep you posted with after pictures, and maybe some on-the-job pictures, but remember – Integrity Windows and Doors is more than residential replacement windows and new doors. We do commercial replacement windows and new doors too.
