Dan Casto is our very organized operations manager at Integrity Windows Company. As you can see in his picture, Dan is pretty serious (but we did manage to catch a smile when he wasn't looking). If you visit our Lakewood showroom, Dan's will be the first face you see and if you call to inquire about ANYTHING, Dan's the guy who knows everything about what's going on at Integrity Windows. He's typically the first contact on the phone, schedules the free estimate appointments, does the field measurements to ensure the perfect fit for every job, orders all the materials for each window, door or siding project that comes through the company and coordinates all the installations between the customer and the installation team.
Dan has over 18 years of experience in the industry since 1998 when he served as the Operations Manager at Modern Builders Supply, a supplier of Polaris Windows & Doors, one of our most popular and Ohio-manufactured lines of windows and doors. With almost two decades of experience in the building and supply industry Dan's product knowledge and experience is unparalleled and his attentiveness to detail and measurements ensures the ultimate in customer satisfaction on every job we do.
Dan was raised in Middleburg Heights, a suburb southwest of Cleveland and graduated from Midpark High School - now the Berea-Midpark High School serving Berea, Middleburg Heights and Brook Park. He went on to get his Bachelors Degree at the University of Akron and continued his education with a Masters of Business Administration from Kent State. Although Dan is clearly the most serious in the office, with a pedigreed education and a lot of experience, he likes to lighten up, have fun and golf with the rest of our team.
After living in Cleveland's west-side for 6 years he has called Westlake his home since 2000, where he and his wife raise two very active daughters and their two rescue dogs. When Dan isn't at Integrity Windows you're likely to find him at his girls' dance recitals, soccer games, softball tournaments and volleyball matches.
