Picture windows, like the ones we installed in these pictures, are windows that do not open. Unlike double-hung, which slide up and down, gliders and sliding windows, which slide side to side or awning and casement windows that typically crank outwards with a hinge either on the top or side, a picture window provides the maximum light with a narrow-line frame that does not open.
Many windows we sell and install are a combination of a picture window with double-hung windows in each side, or picture windows with sliders on each side, or picture windows with awning windows down below – an excellent way to allow air flow into a room while still portraying the majestic feel of a large window and a multitude of natural lighting.
Integrity Windows offers multiple options in styles, panes, glass type and specialty shape picture windows including circle top, quarter arch, hexagonal, octagonal, cathedral, triangular and more. Contact us for a free estimate or stop by the Lakewood showroom to explore your picture window options.
