I would like to share my very positive experience with purchasing replacement windows from Integrity Windows in Lakewood, OH. We were in need of finding wood windows/vinyl clad & Integrity has Pella windows. We researched all options of wood/vinyl clad & found that the bid offered was competitive with the others. Pella exhibited the best construction of all the windows looked at & we were surprised the bid was as competitive as it was. All the staff from Integrity were extremely knowledgeable about what we were needing, the specific design of our window & the needs of our community/codes. They measured the windows twice before ordering & the person sent to install the windows was also very skilled & exhibited craftsmanship with his work. Our windows arrived in the stated time & fit perfectly. They were factory painted & stained/ with perfect matching/beautiful finish. Everything about the window & installation was of quality & professional. We are extremely pleased & would recommend this team to anyone looking for new windows. rating-5 star review
