Gerald O. (Gerry) Patno is the newest addition to the Integrity Window team, representing the company in your home as our design and sales consultant for windows and doors. Gerry first met Integrity owner Cary Slabaugh -- and Tim Folger -- about 16 years ago while he was running in-home sales leads throughout Cleveland and Akron with one of the finest window manufacturers in the region: Air-Tite Home Products.
Air-Tite started in 1978, manufactured, sold and installed vinyl replacement windows as well as sold and installed entry doors, storm doors, patio doors, siding, roofing and even attic insulation. Before working for Air-Tite Windows Gerry had been in the marketing communications and advertising industry for over 20 years, so it was at Air-Tite that he first learned about the home improvement business, replacement windows, doors, roofing and gutter covers. After three decades Air-Tite Home Products, headquartered in a 96,000 square-foot facility in West Chester Twp., with offices in Chicago, Cleveland, Dayton, Indianapolis, Lexington and Louisville, had to close their doors after the 2008 recession.
The experience Gerry acquired at Air-Tite Windows now brings a huge benefit to customers at Integrity Windows. Gerry excels at listening to our customers as they describe their budget and needs in their next window and door home improvement project and is an expert at consulting in design and sales options when it comes to the window and door manufacturers we represent.
Gerry, a 1973 graduate of John Carroll University, settled in Lakewood and raised his family there until recently moving to Bay Village. More of a “hacker” than an avid golfer, Gerry is more likely to be found on Saturday afternoons stretching the first-down chains along the sidelines of Don Shula Stadium during JCU Football games! Living the “hockey family” life, both of Gerry's children (one boy, one girl) played through all the levels of the Winterhurst Hockey Association, including Lakewood High School. Also, both graduated THE Ohio State University with one going on to receive his MBA in accounting from Cleveland State University.
