We ordered three storm doors and two were delivered as ordered. The third door was a different model than what was ordered and had to be re-ordered. They installed the two storm doors quickly and made sure that the fit was just right–not necessarily easy to do on a house almost 100 years old. The re-ordered door came within a week and was installed quickly also. It greatly improved the appearance and function of our front entry. I would purchase doors through them again.
